This August, Coastrek unveils our brand-new South Coast route, inviting you to discover a part of NSW that feels truly untouched. Set along the breathtaking Munjip Trail –this is a trek into wild beauty. Think winding bush tracks, dramatic clifftop lookouts, secluded bays and endless ocean views, all leading to a spectacular finish in Batemans Bay.

Please note: All Coastrek routes are subject to change. We attempt, at all times, to adhere to the advised route. As we are immersed in nature, however, there may sometimes be circumstances beyond our control (tides, fallen trees/branches, other safety aspects as advised by local councils) that require us to slightly alter the route. In any such cases these will be clearly marked and identified on event day.

In 2026, Coastrekkers will be hiking for mental health and fundraising for Beyond Blue.

Coastrek shares Beyond Blue’s vision to help everyone achieve their best possible mental health. Through our 12-week training program and national series of team hiking events, Coastrek can play a vital role in helping people manage anxiety and depression and improve their mental, physical, and social wellbeing while raising funds for the Beyond Blue 24/7 Support Service.

Together, we achieve more! Since the first Coastrek in 2009 more than 90,000 Coastrekkers from across Australia have raised over $57 million for our charity partners. Join us in 2026 and immerse yourself in nature for an epic shared adventure of fun, fitness, friends, fresh air and fundraising, proudly supporting Beyond Blue.

Coastrek acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and hike, and their continuing connection to land, waters and community. The South Coast route is on the traditional lands of the Walbunja peoples of the Yuin Nation. We pay our respects to them and their culture, and to their Elders past and present.

Discount is applied at $25pp for any additional team members who join within the promotional period unless sold out earlier. No promo code needed, pricing will reflect the VIP discount during the promotional period. New registrations after the VIP Pre-Sale will be charged at pricing current at time of purchase. Coastrek is a team fitness and fundraising challenge, participants also commit to a fundraising goal of $500 per person for Beyond Blue.
